KSS Deanery is a part of NHS South East Coast
The Deanery commissioned a review of current practice of the provision of careers planning and Dr Caroline Elton’s report: "Helping foundation trainees with their career planning: outlining a structured delivery model for The South Thames Foundation Schools" is now available to download at the bottom of this page.
Within the South Thames Foundation School educational supervisors in each of the trusts are the first point of contact for foundation trainees. Career planning activities are included in the foundation programme curriculum and run by faculty career leads.
