KSS Deanery is a part of NHS South East Coast
The world of secondary care continues to be a busy and sometimes challenging one.
A large part of my remit is the co-ordination, management and assessment of Specialist Registrar training in Kent, Surrey and Sussex. This is carried out in very close co-operation with London Deanery as our Specialist Registrars (SpRs) rotate to hospitals in the London Deanery area and vice versa.
I continue to be delighted with the feedback we get from trainees at both SpR and Senior House Officer (SHO) level which continues to indicate that the consumer of secondary care training in the Deanery feels that the training they receive is of the highest standard and all involved in the training are to be congratulated.
