Web browser support
With several hundred web browsers available on a range of computers, hand-held devices, and other gadgets, it is virtually impossible guarantee that any website will appear identical in all.
Our aim for the KSS Deanery website is that this website should function and appear at its best in the latest versions of the major web browsers; this includes Internet Explorer 7 and 8, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Apple Safari, and Opera. If you spot a problem with this site in your web browser, we would be very grateful if you could send our webteam a message so they can work on rectifying the problem - you can contact the webteam here.
Support for older web browsers
We also aim to ensure that this website bears a close resemblance when viewed in the previous major generation of the most commonly-used web browsers. This would include, for example, Internet Explorer 6, Firefox 2, and so on.
As older browsers may not be able to properly handle the newer features implemented on this website, there may be some areas which appear different, or which don't work as they should. Should this happen to you, please let the webteam know so they can determine whether the problem can be fixed - you can contact the webteam here.
Mobile browsing
We also provide a mobile-formatted version of this site at m.kssdeanery.org to offer an alternative browsing experience for users on older, slower or otherwise more limited devices. This version of the website has some technical limitations - for example, JavaScript is not supported in order to improve page loading speeds - which may make some areas of the mobile site difficult to use. We aim to improve these areas on an as-needed basis, so please contact the webteam should you find a problem which you think we should be working on.
