KSS Deanery is a part of NHS South East Coast
In response to the Next Stage Review, KSS Deanery has set up a School of Clinical Leadership with the aim of identifying and developing high standards of clinical leadership across all specialties and at all levels of training.
‘Greater freedom, enhanced accountability and empowering staff are necessary but not sufficient in the pursuit of high quality care. Making change actually happen takes leadership. It is central to our expectations of the healthcare professionals of tomorrow.’
